You know, I am waiting to see the day Hanako will notice that Sadako just wants to genuinely be her friend with no other interests like that fuckass dude she calls “childhood friend” and that prince who’ll probably use her as a sacrifice for something since this group is the target of the mission and Hanako is human (or at least half).

I'm 99.9% sure "Moon" is a woman, because the mother witch in chapter 6 said she had four 家出娘 which means four runaway GIRLS (and I translated it clearly), which she drew magically in the air, and the top right one is obviously Moon.

Hanako is comedically dumb? Is she supposed to have no brain cells? No survival instincts?
The prince is obviously a girl, but this is still the furthest this manga has gotten from feeling like yuri. She straight up hates Sadako bro 😭 Tried to beat the crap out of her multiple times. It's not even a tsundere embarassment thing. She just doesn't like anything about her and hates the idea of her getting in the way of her new "boyfriend".

Reactions to chapters like this are exactly why interesting yuri series get axed. Glad this is Sal Jiang so that's not likely anyway but man. I shouldn't be surprised but sometimes I still get caught off guard.

I don't understand hanako. Like the only reason she hated sadako was because she called herself a witch, which she felt was trivializing her past trauma but once she found out witches are real she just kept hating sadako. It really doesn't make sense
