@Tamerlane How can they develop vaccine when they dont even have antibiotics? MC isn't Senku so she cant make em. The kingdom is too reliant on healers they dont have medicines. This is why medieval fantasy cities crumble if magic fails, they dont have modern common sense to look for new methods. They stick too much to tradition.

Maybe have the Head Magician feel your magic when you treat someone? See if they can detect it that way?
But surely the idea of stuff being in water isn't new, the concept of mud being dirty water has got to be common knowledge. So if you can get them to be separate Earth from Mud to create Water maybe they can do the same internally?
