If someone that reads the novel can answer me, does the sister and the 2 girls stay like this? Does any of them apologizes to the mc? And does MC improve his view of himself or he will always think he's a mob?

You know what, author may chose for azusa to be a sucker for this uncool shit person but she sure would be more happy than this if she stays with her onichan and get spoiled. Family > love life with some shitty person, always.
It's ok... She's just coping with her heartbreak, she overcomes it and moves on, you can already see by now that she's firmly on the "good side" even by this point of the story.

Lil sis is probably the character with more growth in the story, there's even an after story about her in the web novel about how she keeps the childhood home until adulthood just in case her onii-chan ever gets dumped or heartbroken so he has a place to return, she even keeps his room clean like a decade after the story ends and they both have a great moment while he wonders about the day he would have to give her away in marriage too

Goes in spoilers even if the answer is obvious:

Azusa is already on her real bro's side, they'll talk, mend things and she even becomes shiho's best friend.

The gal will have a terrible time in vol 2, there's a new girl that will use her as a pawn to get ryuzaki the punishment he really deserves, Mc will end up humiliating her pretty hard since she lost her identity... Again (he does it for her own good but it's epic) and kinda woke her up to how she was before falling in love with the jerk and morphing into a gyaru. She recovers a bit, there are a lot of "what could have been" stuff and then she makes up with Mc, they're not as close as before but they become friends again... And then the author ruins her arc and makes her still be in love with the jerk, but at least she and Mc now have a normal friendship without resentment.

The childhood friend... She will get engaged to Mc in an arranged marriage in vol 3, none of them are OK with it and it takes fake Mc to come and save the day, it's very convoluted..., regarding her friendship with Mc... They never really become friends again, in fact they find each other annoying since they both remind each other of the stuff they hate about themselves... Meaning their passive nature.

Oh, and regarding Mc, it's not that simple, there are moments where he's still a doormat (so annoying) , others when he assumes the part of the villain or the cool guy but takes them as "roles", he evolves obviously, but renounce the romantic comedy drama to only have a boring happy conclusion to his story

More like after second volume he went in circles and no joke... Mc was the cause of most of his own troubles, both in his past and future.

when we see their perspective, we find out that for example, gyaru girl back when she used glasses, was expecting a confession from Mc for years, the day everything breaks, she took him up to the roof and gave him one last chance before giving up, after he says nothing (again) she trips on the stairs and ryuzaki saves her, making her fall in love instantly, with Lil sis he was only reactive, robotic, detached... The opposite to her late big bro, that's another reason why things happened like that, and with childhood friend, they weren't really all that close, it was mostly convenient since they lived next door from each other, that's also why the only relationship that really recovers is with his sister since they rebuild a bond, but it's clear that he played a huge part in those relationships falling off

Mc keeps being his worst enemy... At some point he decides that he has to give ryuzaki his confidence back since he's the only one that can make those girls happy or something, at some point the sister gets a bit tempted by circumstance to fall into the jerk's area of influence, she asks for mc's help and counsel, literally says if she should try again, but if he says no, she'll trust him. And the idiot let's her do it... Thankfully she snaps out of it on her own and finally achieves closure

author is a fan of him no doubt, his harem supposedly includes girls from other classes including senpai, the school nurse, and at some point even mc's hot young aunt feels like going for him, even a new girl that will be a rival for shiho for mc's love... Ends up also falling for ryuzaki out of nowhere! It was so bad that the vol 4 of the web novel is alMost completely different, giving that girl another much better plot

Childhood friend is so wild honestly, she had complex about her boobs bc they r big and now she is using them as weapons? Woow thats some shitass puberty mindset. I can understand nerdy girl who reading books trying to be someone else, a gal, for the person she thinks she loves. That looks way normal and it didnt feel like she behaved that bad to mc. Mc didnt even think them as potential girlfriends, they were just friends but choose to abondon him. Im not saying being a gal, being a person who isnt actually you, is a good thing but its better than some unlogical change of complex to weapons.
They did certainly use as weapons and abandon MC except the sister, the others got 0 development though

No,
The other twos stay as the "romcom mc" love interest.
The gal stutters for a little bit but it is better this way because Shiho is a bona fide yandere
how do you know? HOW DO YOU KNOW!? I was waiting for a new chapter but the author publishing speed is sooo slow

of course, their relationship is pure diabetes from now on but it gets kind of stagnant be cause he spoils her too much, the conflict in the future volumes are mainly about romantic comedy tropes trying to get in their way but they never let it bother them, the rest of the story is full of fluff, scenes with Mc, shiho and her family, Azusa and Shiho tag teaming Mc (not on that way) etc

He really has messed up with that poor girl's life preventing her from making any friends very selfish person
He definitely deserves some comeuppance he's been like this for a freaking decade at this stage a scaring people off and preventing her from having any friends besides him. He sees the world revolving around him so when the main couple start dating if you definitely have a severe effect on his mentality
Thank God, I don't want any of other girls near MC and FMC after then just leaving MC not even as friends, but as strangers after all the interactions between them

Ryouma warped the lives and relationships of all four of these girls. He has built up some serous bad karma.

He actively damaged Shiho since childhood and passively (through his harem-protagonist charm powers) split Azusa from her step-brother, split Yuzuki from her CHF Koutarou as a "you don't need me in your life", and turned Kirari from a "close CHF" serious girl into "get rid of my old self" flashy gyaru. Sadly, either Yuzuki or Kirari could have developed into love interests for Koutarou absent Shiho on Ryouma.
