I don't get it, he even had once when the lie was confessed to without him trying to have it so. Why wasn't he making sure to record any and all abuse, and accidentally catch that on recording? Or even proactively get one of them to confess while he's recording specifically for that purpose?

Besides that though, what makes even less sense is people treating him as if whatever story they heard is true, without having been given any proof.
Like, it is one thing if they had bruised and lacerated her to forge proof. But here he is somehow labeled as abusive without there ever even have been some wound (and even less signs of emotional abuse before the whole "scandal")? And even if there had, wouldn't the normal reaction to at least let him give his 5 cents first, to see if he had any claims otherwise?

The stalker charges makes even less sense, as it somehow went from "they are in a relationship" to the very next day "he's been stalking her. but there is no proof and somehow only been one day since they broke up that he could have been stalking during"

All of this will be covered later but the guy that the GF slept with has insane pull due to his status thanks to his government positioned father. He uses it as leverage to get what he wants. It doesn't help that the GF has also been lying and spread those rumors about him as well just to save her own reputation. She does have a slight bruise on her from the guy and was told by him to use it as "evidence" for the MC's apparent abuse.

I honestly can't wait for everyone to get what they deserve.

Also, to those that have said that the perpetrators got way more of a severe punishment than they deserved, they had multiple times early on to come clean. If they had, they probably would have gotten punished way less but guess what, they refused every time they had a chance to and got punished accordingly.

not well enough, given what Miyuki did to the MC just because she was afraid to lose access to NTR-san's dick. Unless you mean the mom herself was undeserving, in which case I don't remember enough about her circumstances, except she died after disowning Miyuki and leaving her daughter on the streets. If her death was a result of stress from Miyuki's fuck-up, then yeah, I agree she was undeserving.

Also - like, the whole point of the series is the absolute annihilation of everyone who was mean to MC/FMC. The author doesn't shy away from the fact that the consequences are absolutely Biblical in nature, and that's part of the allure.

Don't go in expecting good storytelling, just be ravenous for the carnage-fueled dopamine.

His friend, the teachers and some adults and even his own family. So this is a "power fantasy" as some call it because turns out people that care about him actually do things to help instead of just staying neutral or outright hateful too like in other revenge stories that we are meant to believe are more "realistic". Come on now.

I saw someone state that they'd read (so take it as third-hand hearsay) that the author didn't like how useless adults tend to be in these sorts of stories, and so the author set out with the express purpose of having competent adults in these teenagers' lives.

And honestly I see what they mean based on a ton of other titles I've read, and I think that's why it feels so jarring to see teachers and police and parents stepping up and doing.....what they should arguably be doing if this were real life.

I stand by what I wrote out in Chapter 1. The karma that is coming for his childhood friend is totally overblown. She does deserve punishment, but to have her own mom curse her out before dying, and for her to be homeless as a result is ridiculous. She is partially a victim in all of this too. And also, she suffers the same harassment the MC faced. How is any of that right? its so hypocritical by the authors part.
