ehh..
I'll be honest, I'd hoped Nitanda would not get so immediately swept up like that this early in.
The premise of him "giving as good as he got" set out in chapter 1 where he wasn't fully pulled along by Machino made me hope that this wouldn't be another "dude on his own has his personality re-written by pushy extrovert girl", but clearly that was abandoned completely by chapter 3.
At this point this is turning into something that's already been done, unless the author really works to switch things up from here.
Maybe one day there'll be a romcom manga where the ML doesn't have a spine made of over-soaked udon who doesn't get completely overshadowed by some overachieving FL. Which is sad because I kinda liked the initial chapter of this.
It's entirely just my own hang-ups though, so I hope those who like this get plenty of enjoyment out of it for however long it runs.
