kinda late to complain about this but ever since Kris ex-Machina got introduced the manga got kinda boring... idk, having all the sollutions fall on a plater to our mc is disapointing.

I think the power scaling went out the window a long time ago. Probably even before he got the half dragon transformation, likely around the time he resurrected the "Child of God", a.k.a. the phoenix/immortal dragon.

It feels like the story has pivoted a bit to focus on how many buffs the author can stack onto Cyril. Rather than becoming "The Greatest Dragon Knight" as the manga title claims, he feels more like a Dragon Lord or Dragon God at this point tbh. Once he solves the energy consumption issues of his transformation, I don't think there's anything capable of really stopping him anymore.

Be careful Cyril, if you get any stronger we might have to rename the manga to "Solo Leveling: Dragon First".

Yea I was expecting a comfy travelling manga with dragons but the entire story is focused on him becoming a dragon god even though he doesn't do anything.

Him being an deus ex machina that solves all the problems for Cyril is kinda boring and most of the time I dislike it when manga/anime introduced these kind of character. But Kris is just here to vibe and give his friend a easier life with his harem and just have a fun time. So honestly I'm okay with him being that.

Not that this manga was combat focused in the first place.

Also apparently the princess was never named since Cyril calls her ''Princess Jeanne'' and not by her actual real name. So I now have a perfect excuse for not remembering her real name lol.
