I understand you are very confused, so I will try to enlighten you as best I can. The choice is yours if you want to listen and learn though.
We do not censor anything. Scanlation groups do not censor mangas. The creators and the publishing houses censor the manga. They do this intentionally so they can put these chapters and titles in the more popular magazines and websites in order to get them circulated to a wider audience. If they leave in the fun bits that are hidden behind the black boxes then their titles would need to be restricted when it comes to viewers due to the mature content. The uncensored version will be available at a later date, typically when the full volume is released.
