Read the WN's ending, Glad the Manga got axed, because I hate the ending. I know the official canon is the Light Novel but IDK, and highly doubt, if anything was changed from the WN's ending.
It’s not just that the sister moves in with the protagonist and his pregnant wife—she inserts herself as wife #2, upsetting the pregnant FL. The protagonist is oblivious to his wife’s discomfort and to the sister’s true intentions. He naïvely thinks she just wants to be a good aunt and that her crush on him is gone, but everyone else can see she’s a yandere in love with him. It’s beyond bro-con and far from cute. The protagonist’s stupidity is frustrating, because he also STILL refuses to put his foot down and set boundaries. The female lead should leave him for allowing this unhealthy enmeshment.
