The other guy is using MTL, so yeah thats not proper translation. Nothing "shade thrown", its a fact that a proper TL is always better than a MTL.

To me, that's a low priority if I've already read the chapter months before -- especially if the MTL was done well. Unless the grammar was broken to the point it was difficult to read, I don't really care. I'd rather have new chapters instead of rehashing old ones.

They say "actual TL" but frankly it was pretty much word-for-word what the other TL put in numerous speech bubbles. If an MTL is so well done that it is indistinguishable from a "proper" TL to the point where the differences look like a preference of wording, then it's as much of an "actual" TL as I'm ever going to need.

I compared half of it and it's the fcking same thing... there were only two pages where I could see noticeable difference

page-9: An-san tl actually makes more sense to me "I won't give you more food" sounds better than "I'm not making any more things" cz ain't no way she would bro! they've started eating alrdy!!!

page-11: literally the same meaning... an-san used lesser words and kanin used more words to convey what was said...

honestly after comparing this much I'm not even interested in the rest of it that you call "ACTUAL TL"

That is not an excuse. Their leader (Anth) was the one who was releasing chapters + doing a bit of the QC in other parts, but then he was silent and stuff couldn't go forward... and then this happened

There’s no shade thrown it just sounds bad. You’d be happy to know we’re working together now to release chapters, chapter 12 in a few days….

Now that's how you handle a good scanlation, no place for drama instead there's cooperation for faster release.

Okay, so the first group went quiet, and then it got sniped by a sniper, and now it's been "reclaimed" by a different group that's formed out of the original group minus one member who went inactive. I'm still not understanding how that results in an entirely new name and group (I guess that one member was the uploader or something). So, anyway this is a sniper va a splinter cell. True but he has good proof reading and qc so it doesn't really matter when then sentences are coherent imo.
