I'm not a medical experts, but comparing that sentence to the illustration of a BAV-afflicted aorta against a healthy one, it seems like what happens is that two of the lobes are fused together, and a valvuloplasty would be cutting the bigger lobe into two to make three again, so you should have to correct the "two valves" into "two lobes", but for the rest it seems legit.
