It probably won't matter too much because the vibe I'm getting from the author so far is that they dont really care for battle scenes and more are making this manga mostly because they want to draw the really cute girl. If the manga isn't about him battling it makes sense for those scenes to be less detailed and focused on as the author might not be used to drawing that style and only needed them for a tiny bit of exposition

Although it's gonna be really embarrassing for me if this manga is filled with crappy "fighting" panels after I wrote that paragraph.

You can't call your protagonist "The Winter Bear" and make him look like a bog-standard willowy MC. How am I supposed to believe this guy's looks have scared off every woman he meets when he's got the same goddamn generically handsome face as every other low-effort fantasy series?
