As someone posted before you, this is basically a repeat of “I Got a Cheat Ability in a Different World, and Became Extraordinary Even in the Real World" (Isekai de Chīto Sukiru o Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai o mo Musō Suru: Reberu Appu wa Jinsei o Kaeta)

Not usually, but Look at the roses and the pitchfork. The pitchfork and its shadow is weird and the leaves on the roses are odd. There is also a strange liquid quality to the background in some places. And just because they haven’t done it before doesn’t mean that they never would.
