I think it's exaggerated for comedic value, to show how much the protagonist is obsessed with mamas. Probably also to ensure there will be so,e tension with the original game protagonist even now that Demonio is a good guy. I certainly don't think the daughters are lolis nor that a teenager who goes out with girls around his age is a lolicon.

For this chapter, Rosa definitely shouldn't be worried that Demonio will ever bring home a girlfriend. It's better she's prepared to meet a lot of milfs, though. I also hope the mama foursome is only delayed.

She is from a fallen noble family, she is grateful for the Traidor family for making her his wife, which saved her family, but he doesn't give her love or attention.
she still wants to show gratitude, so she wanted to be a good mother to Demonio. In the game, Demonio never trusted her, and killed her himself when she was protecting him.

In this version, he gives her so much attention that she started catching feelings. She hasn't done the deed like Maniana (yet), but she has been making his meals herself, she has been sleeping with him at night, you know, stuff that an overprotective mother would do to her son... Or maybe a little more.
