Uh, the thing about being bite by a vampire is usually the body doesn't age or rot and becomes more resilient/powerful.

I mean the other things are "dying in light, aversion to garlic/holy symbols and needing permission to enter places" but those dont seem to be working here.

Guess the bite killed Lavie's soul but kept the body intact. Susie's soul took over the body but the vampire aspect didnt work since its not the same soul or something.

They need to look real close at Susie's neck. >.>

But that would still be heartbreaking if they found out their adopted daughter is puppetering their biological daughter's corpse. ._.

So lavie is really dead, now people can't say that mc is using lavie body
Or she is and this proves it more.

Lavie's body was buried and probably wouldn't decay because of the vampire bite.

The body Susie is in had to come from somewhere, the fact it looks EXACTLY(not close to, not sorta like, but exactly) like the dead girl to where literally everyone who knew Lavie is shocked on meeting Susie can't be a coincidence.

The fact it was a vampire bite of all things, when anything else would probably discredit the theory, almost makes this confirmed honestly.

This series is strange. It starts like a cheat reincarnation story then unexpectedly goes slice of life with no action. I was always expecting a tragedy to happen or something that would cause the MC to leave and the real story would start, but I don't think that that's happening now. Unless this chapter's a setup for the daughter coming back as a vampire and killing her parents? No, probably not. Still enjoying it though.

So do all vampires only eat kids in this world, or was this one just a weirdo?

Also, what are the chances that Lavie didn't actually die and instead was turned into a vampire herself? With her later dissociating and creating "Susie" as an alternate identity to deal with the drama of becoming a vampire? The super powers and stuff could just exist by virtue of her being an exceptionally powerful vampire.

The lie detector thing from the beginning probably could have been fooled if she actually, honestly believed that what she was saying was true.

A vampire that targets kids?

That's bound to create enemies who will spend every second on exacting revenge.
Or a vampire that does all that... while raising a puritan campaign against media that could potentially portray kids being eaten by vampires. Coopting payment processors in the meantime. Meanwhile the vampire still gets to eat like royalty.

Holy shiet it's getting darker, I thought Lavie died because of disease or incident, sheeezzzz
Yeah, I wasn't expecting something like a vampire lol

Don't forget that Susie remembers his past life as a salaryman playing a video game where he made the character Susie.

This one seems to follow the old ways of giving us reasons to care about what the MC cares about. It's informing us of the MC's body in an organic way. It's a rare opportunity to see a wonderful cause and effect in an otherwise worn out genre.
