I wouldn't call this rape just yet. Rape is a bit too black and white for this situation. While she is being incredibly forceful, I wouldn't say he's completely against this as he did want to hug her back. It is a lot more complex.

yeah its not quite there yet but its really going into that direction bc of the way and what she said, turning the lights off and the way she pinned him down. it wouldnt surprise me if next chapter not being explicit but implied that they did the deed with nozaki unwiling. He wanted to hug her but this is too much for him considering the level diference of both actions, he will probably end up somehow in shock on some level
