Yes the MC will very quickly reveal it to the people around him. And this aint the type of setting were "isekaid people is common knowledge" like hero summoning type of scenario, etc. So if you dislike this type of isekai like I do, read something else.

Yeah, so they did (the parents) the abandonment nonsense because they didnt have any other mean to protect her from the royal faction. They didnt dislike her, but they had no way to make her escape if not for that, and they could'nt make her have any love for them because it would put her in danger too if she was apparently close to them.
