It's hard to tell all the long haired busty blondes apart. I first thought he was remember screwing Hanae in the past then thought he as fantasizing screwing Ichika if he were still young and finally went back to compare to the picture and now believe he was remembering his wife. Unless poorly drawn this woman is too young to be his wife (if alive) and the apparent age would work as her being a daughter.

That room is drawn in a weird way and with the way we never see her eyes (a common way to depict that someone is dead) this may be a hallucination of a dead wife.
