Why the hell should I create a password that 8 letter; have 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 special letter; different from username; can't use older password; have to change it every 3 month;... ? And not like it will increase security when all of my info literally being sell left and right after being collected by gg or facebook ?

I recall seeing something years ago about how those requirements also generally end up being less secure than "Yeah, just put in whatever it's cool". Basically once you force things you rule a lot of things out, making brute forcing the passwords easier.
