Well the thing is, So far there's nothing that implies that Ibuki have any actual innate talent, just better training. So by sheer power wise, yeah that might equals out with the actual sheer talents (Shao or the S class kids). For a member of magic assasination unit, Ibuki kinda doesnt feel that strong. I somewhat expected him to be able to win this easily, and any struggles would be him just holding back(or some kind of weak point like at the start of the round), but he essentialy got reduced to "one of talented kids"
Direct confrontation isn't an assassin specialty I guess? There's also the fact that some of this kids are genuinely just that talentedFor a member of magic assasination unit, Ibuki kinda doesnt feel that strong. Considering this whole rivalry thing began from Maron’s side because of sheer spite and pettiness born from failed expectations and communication failure, it’s only poetic for it to end this way.And the winner is sheer spite and pettiness born from competition, congrats
He's still just a kid. Being assassin doesnt make him special except in killing. Those 3 in class S trained from their childhood too.For a member of magic assasination unit, Ibuki kinda doesnt feel that strong.
