I once ordered a Hot chocolate at a small bar. It was in Belgium, we brought in fries from a nearby roadside van and entered the cafe cum bar for drinks. The others got themselves some beers while I ordered a hot chocolate. The waiter did a doubletake, re-confirmed my order and then brought it over.
As a non-drinker, I can say that after a while you stop caring about what you order at a bar. Sometimes you get a 0 alcohol beer, mostly to better mingle with a large group, but if you're out with just a few people then you can get anything you want.
