He shot him in the head. Ningbo took the gun out of Usagi’s hands but Usagi used The Mattekudasai to clone the gun. Then Ningbo turned around to shoot Paco and got got by Usagi.

EDIT: So I thought Usagi used a cloned gun to shoot Ningbo but looking back, it looks like Ningbo got the “copy” gun from Usagi which was modified (like how we saw him do with the cameras in the beginning of the part) in a way to make the gun backfire on Ningbo causing him to pop like a balloon.

Uhhh did he? I thought he purposefully cloned the gun wrong so it backfired when he tried to shoot.
EDIT: I just checked, you can see the cylinder get dislodged when he fires.

Oh you’re so right that’s exactly what happened. I misinterpreted when I read it the first time.
