He's collecting powerful haremteammates, which is good, but it's bad if they take forever to "mellow out".

Luckily, all her issues with him stem from outright misunderstandings, so hopefully she'll stop being such a jerk (at least toward him specifically) once she learns the truth behind it all.

Be that as it may, loli or shota, either would be just as bad if - it were true, that is.

To the rest of your point, yes - it's not good either way, excepting the part where she's simply ignorant of the truth of things where the MC is concerned.

I do think she will annoy him for awhile, but ultimately she'll probably tone it back, and just be the "slightly prickly one". And I'm purely assuming here based on genre conventions, but once she falls for him too, she'll just become a pure tsundere with more focus on the "dere" portion over time.
