From what I remember from the web novel ending, Alfine, Meila and some other women go out on a journey. After MC becomes Emperor and marries Noelia, Alfine is made head of a new noble family still as her male persona "Al" and never married anyone, but she somehow gets a new heir after "adopting" a mysterious child that looks like Finn/Flick before the red hair. Just before the adoption, Al was experiencing morning sickness
