Well, that was a strange development.
So, the girl who was a target for assassination, lady Sophia, apparently has a unique ability to teleport (which we thought was a lost magic Neet had somehow recreated), and is being used by prince Alec to go meet the king of a foreign nation who is planning some takeover with the Alec's aide. (See page 14 where there's even a flashback to the assassin in question) I have no idea why the foreign king thought that a dead daughter would allow him to blackmail the family, but it's pretty ballsy of Alec to bring the very person the king was trying to assassinate with just a tiny mask.
We do know that the prince had a plan he was talking to his father about, so I guess this is it, but I wonder why the foreign king trusts him - what does he expect Alec's motivation is? It's not like the prince isn't also mixing some elements that could be viewed as truths - after all he was quite mad about not being informed of Neet's enrolment which was an action by his father and the king did appear quite sheepish about it so it seems like he might genuinely believes his father is a bit of a clown. Though I guess the bigger clown is the one who would be getting fooled, so the foreign king.
I'd also say it's pretty insane to suggest for some powerful general to specifically target his brother, but then again he's also received the report from the girl (off-panel, she had promised to not speak of Neet's actions, but since she's his bodyguard/courier he just pressured her) that his brother has an invincible barrier up at all times when outside.
So yeah, Prince Alec has some nefarious schemes, and the kings of both countries involved (his father and King Batron), are just doing their own things that might mess with his plan (carrying an assassination enrolling Neet into school...).
I guess we'll see what the plan is.
