This is genuinely a controversial opinion and i expect a lot of people to completely disagree with what i will say next. Just know that if i had the opportunity, yes i would also run the Miyuki bitch over with a car. I’m just here to settle something that’s been bothering me for a while.

We all know that Miyuki did something irredeemable. That no one can ever forgive her, that she deserves the worse of punishment in hell and then some. HOWEVER. I feel like people are overshadowing how much worse the toilet paper bag that is Kondo when they berate Miyuki and not him. By technicality (not in actuality), Miyuki is at least partially justified. She was manipulated by that psychopath into the situation that we are now. She was practically forced into a relationship with Kondo in the first place too. And out of all the bitc characters in this story, shes basically the only one who shows at least some sort of remorse. Normal people can chalk it up to a lapse in teenage judgement, and unlike the genuine bastard that is Kondo, Miyuki at least partially has a heart. So it bothers me that people chew the fuck out of Miyuki more than they do out of Kondo. Extremely controversial opinion, i know. But i also know that Miyukis actions are not justified at all, it’s just that most of us might be able to somewhat sympathise with her because we’ve all made a mistake similar to this situation in out lives, just obviously not as severe (i hope)

And with that, i’ll never say a good thing about the bitch again. There were many times when I sympathised with her as i read this manga and the light novel, because she is by technicality also a victim in this situation, but her actions were never justified, and never right.Whats worse is that she knows shes wrong, yet STILL CONTINUES TO DIG HER GRAVE DEEPER FOR NO REASON. She had 500 different opportunities to confess earlier and be at least partially forgiven for her actions, but NOPE! Continues to cling to Kondo like the hoe she is. I’m just here to say that she deserves hell’s boiler room, while Kondo deserves satan’s basement. That is all.

At no point in the story was Miyuki 'forced' into a relationship with Kondo. There was some manipulation by

her 'friend' that led to them meeting and her seeking relationship advice from the experienced Kondo, but in the end she cheated completely of her own will. What's worse is that she did so with the thought that her future with Eiji was already secured and that this was just a short fling that would never be discovered, and in the end she would end up happily with Eiji after they finished school.

Miyuki is NOT a victim. She is complete and utterly irredeemable scum.

NGL the Satoshi guy looks the same age as the teacher, the fact they're both in the same outfit doesn't help but I legit was trying to figure out if he was meant to be a senpai or the same age as Eiji for a little bit.

I also have to say that the plot is moving surprisingly fast, this arc could easily be milked for 30 chapters before petering out into a generic romcom, I wasn't really expecting the speed at which things have been moving.

According to Dante's inferno the deepest part of hell is reserved for traitors. Who exactly did Kondo betray? Obviously he is a POS and I hope his actions ruin his father's political career leading him to getting disowned and ruining his future but he didn't have any responsibility to Eiji, Miyuki did. It's also not like she was actually forced into anything, you can say she was manipulated sure but in the end we are all responsible for our own actions.

For those that are still defending Miyuki, look we get it, you think she is a cute girl who is still a kid and doesn't know better, she was forced by the dipshit and manipulated... But NO, that is not the whole picture.
No one really blames her for cheating, not even Eiji's mom, the problem is the part after, the false accusations that led to bullying. You say Kondo forced her, but did he really? Think about it, he litteraly gave her an option after Eiji cought them. If she wasn't selfish and really cared about Eiji she could have ended all of this before it even started. But what did she do? She lied on every occasion she could... How is that redeemable and deserves forgiveness? Even she herself admits later she doesn't deserve it, if i remember correctly.



But she eventually did get some tiny bit of redemption in the last few chapters. She was a witness in Kondo's trail and came clean about everything. Well she did the same thing to the cops but this was way more important.
Even that doesn't really redeem her actions, to far to late... And it was only after literally everyone turned their back on her.
So does she now deserve Eiji's and his family's forgiveness? I don't think so... And i doubt she will get it.

Just a reminder that Dante's Inferno is not scripture, it resonates well because betrayal hurts more than any other kind of trespass against you but it is still based more on Aristotelian ethics than anything found in Judaism or Christianity.

agreeable. while kondo is the absolute worst, myuki's behavior hurts just so much more exactly because she was the centerpoint where all the tenderness of the protagonists feelings supposedly should have gone.

You're not really wrong, Its only cause miyuki was shown in the current chap and ofc that would trigger a reaction from the audience/Readers, from her previous actions even tho she's feeling remorse and regrets, it still happened, no one's blaming miyuki more than kondo(Not sure, some might actually just hate her cos shes a weak weak girl), its just that she's like the "Star" of this chapter so you know, shell get the most hate, if Kondo appeared he'd get the same reactions, worse even.
