such a rushed ending. this could have been a slow-burner with good character development on BOTH sides, but we simply halfway resolved one then went for a quick ending. sad, but as such it's neither interesting enough to even consider source material, nor interesting enough to give this any rating above average.

Of all manga adaptions to advert an LN I think this is probably the worst one just with how rushed feeling these last few chapters have been. Felt like they were just ticking things off the boxes "Ok, they had a family meetup now we have them face their feelings. Ok now we.." and so on.

Unless the manga just went up to where the LN is since it looks to only have two volumes (According to Novelupdates, anyway)... But still.

I think it wasn't an Axe. This manga was probably simply an "LN promotion series", similar to "Shimotsuki-san Likes the Mob: This Shy Girl is Only Sweet Towards Me"
