Yeah, it's why I like Goro. He is very relaxed and mature about a lot of things while also remaining curious and level-headed. It's rare for me to find an MC like that.

I like how the author is consistent in presenting the foxes as inhuman. They don't mind talking about mating and hunting, and they don't have a nudity taboo. Goro handling it without embarrassment might be meant to show us that he's grown and can accept this about monster foxes and thus also Kogane.

But, I may be overthinking it.

I wanted to like that one so badly but I ended up dropping it at chapter 4... Came for hot fox wife who loves hunting, left before I even got to the hunting because male lead is already married to her and is still so anti-sex he won't even swim at the beach with his hot fox wife. Maybe it improves but I felt baited.

Goro is frustrating but at least he has an excuse, however stuffy, trad, and ill-considered I may think his excuse is. I don't think this other manga is suitable for those already frustrated by Goro.

Yeah, a story doesn't end when the MC says "I do," it's only the beginning, and knowing Kogane, she's going to move heaven and earth to get that cub.
