It is pretty bizarre given that they're basically just concurrent now. I'd bet this pre-serialized/twitter one is still the original draft though, even if it's technically being published after; the jpeg zoom seems like a giveaway lol.

I assume they accumulated some buffer during the hiatus to prioritize the serial, but also didn't want to lose the twitter readership, so they stuck with publishing the drafts at the same pace despite it now being backlog stuff. Probably doesn't hurt that it also incentivizes people to read the serial instead
