I'm not sure how those are mutually exclusive, while sure there's issues with nutrition every muscle building diet would involve lots of food intake
Honestly you're likely to eat more if you are pumping out to build muscle
my bad, i forgot to add that yummy food that's affordable to me usually contains a fuckton of carbs, oil, and some sort of sugar.
edit : just for clarification, i'm quite healthy. a bit over from recommended weight. 88KG at 175cm tall. a bit chubby, but i don't think i'm obese.
like i said, i have muscle. it's just invisible/buried. i play sports(bouldering. current limit is level V6, but mostly i play at v5/v5+). and i eat my veggies and fruits. it's just that i like to nibbles, and when it's lunch/dinner time, i eat full amount.
if i'm skinny, then yes i can use my overeating as building blocks for my muscle. but the problem is that the situation is the opposite. i have more than enough material, and it keeps coming.
