I like that they made it so both people have a chance at winning both in and out of the story since they‘re both shown to be relative levels of strength but it would make narrative sense for either of them to fight him in the finals

He kinda just saw him stomp on guys at the tournament tho, that's Seokchan's first actual fight that show his strength.
