The laptop with Windows XP actually got me fooled. The smartphone doesn't look nearly as old. In the WinXP era, it's quite possible indeed not all pizzerias offered online services yet. This manga is from 2012, though, which is already the third year into the Win7 era, so the dude is just rocking an old OS.
