That's exactly what I said last chapter. She's done NOTHING to encourage his love for her. If he wasn't giving his all to interact with her at every given opportunity, they most likely would never talk.

I don't mind her being cold, I can even stand her ignoring him to a degree, but she hasn't done anything to actually progress the relationship so far. At this point all the failings in this relationship are her fault, because what normal dude would put up with this crap for as long as the MMC has?

The worst part is that she's hyper aware of her frostiness (as opposed to tsun-"deres" who expect the male lead to read their mind). If face-to-face is hard, type it out... Do something. I know there's no real risk of her losing him, thus this can drag on as long as the author wants it to, but this is a pain.
