This Komori has a face, but it's obviously much simpler than even those in the chapters that she supposedly drew. I guess that could just be an artstyle thing, but with how the manga's made a point of not showing Komori-1's face this whole time, I think that this is probably important. It also kind of matches the style of faces from Comedy, with the small eyes and everything.
And on the topic of Komori-2's face. Out of everything in this manga, that first panel on page 19... While I can't really say that it's creepy or unsettling or anything, I literally just sat there for a second after seeing it. It's very odd just by how completely banal it is. Like, I feel like it should inspire some sort of reaction in me, but the fact that it doesn't is kind of what makes it so impactful. Dunno.
Also, the two Komori kind of remind me of Chapter 5, "Picture Diary," with the two children who went missing. Looking back on that chapter, Komori-2 kind of looks like the girl as she's drawn on page 4, but I guess that could just be confirmation bias or something. Though it is a fact that the manga is meant to be drawn by Komori-2 and the that the picture diary is explicitly drawn by the girl that appears in it...
Anyways, guy got his eyes gouged out. The friends don't have pupils in their eyes until they realize he's dead. When mid-tone hair is about to kill himself, he doesn't have pupils again, but they come back once the others stop him. Eye symbolism is still going strong, not sure if there's much need to comment on the specifics each chapter. Like, y'all can just see these things with your own eyes, right? I'll probably only mention this stuff when there's something new or when I'm changing my interpretation.
