It probably like some isekais where after enough time they deage and fall into their place into society so her adult mind is getting closer to that of the child she is so she's behaving like one

Arellyn only has memories of her past life, not her adult mind. It’s not her past adult self possessing the kid body; she reborn and grew as the real Arel, so she acts like a kid because she is still one mentally. Not sure how to word it exactly. Most other isekai protags straight up possess the kid bodies with their adult mind in tact. Meanwhile, Arel only has the memories and traumas. (If I could think of smth similar it would be Ivy from the Weakest Tamer series, Ivy is mentally and physically a kid but has inklings of her past life memories being whispered into her mind. It doesn’t necessarily mean she has an adult mind, she is similar to Arel in that regard).

Okay, this chapter made me dislike (hate) the sperm donor even more. How about you get on your damn knees and say hi to your daughter and apologize for leaving her alone for her entire life until now.

I think this manga is bad for my mental health, I'm getting upset over a fictional story.
