I can't remember the series name but this first chapter is practically panel to panel identical to it. Same premise with the mc waking up in the hospital after dying in another world, feigning amnesia and then finding out that their world now has magic and is different then before, they get into an accident with their parents and then they go stop a monster and then pretend they aren't strong and have no clue how the monster died when another person shows up to deal with the incident. The characters may be different but man oh man it is like word for word the exact same as this other series
