From what the king of Verseille says about "the current generation of heroes" it may be that heroes are just people with talent that kingdom raises to claim that title. I can't remember if there are god given jobs in this thing but if not then anyone could be awarded the title to great deeds.

Thats not the only thing lost in translation lmao. I appreciate the efforts and uploads but the lack of any real proofreading is giving me a stroke. Dudes name, Toru, is given to us plainly in the synopsis, so its pretty hard to misinterpret. And yet we get numerous instances of misspelled names - almost more of them are incorrect than not. We get both Toru and Tor on the same page, in back to back panels even. And then we get fucking Thor out of nowhere. Not saying I'm unappreciative but ffs take 2 seconds and half a braincell to read over what your typing and think about if it makes sense or not

While MC's party was given the Title of "Eiyuu", which also translates to Hero.

Different series use those words differently, so it's not easy to differentiate between the two.

Some Translators instead translate either of the words as "Champion" or "Brave" (usually for "Eiyuu"), to differentiate from Hero (usually for "Yuusha"), when those two words are used together in the same series.

That doesn't make any sense. You can still track them down, fuck the hero up, lock the other two up / restrain them till you can find a solution that way instead of ignoring the predicament they are in in favor of fucking around having fun instead (he has the cure already, potion removes the mind control but the memories cause the trauma which is pretty much unavoidable. What kind of "cure" are you looking for anyway? Mind wipe?) .

They have found the first friend at death's door. What is the assurance MC has that won't happen to other two any second now? No headcanon BS excuse is good enough to explain his lack of effort. It's just so the series can last longer since as soon as they meet, hero is dead meat regardless if he has found the cure or not. Didn't read the LN but I'm fairly sure they will never meet till the end.

Oh you read that series as well. Yeah I do to. Though Sain tops Kondo in vileness! At least Kondo's case is abit more realistic in the fools who fall for him (as the series shows he isn't exactly as BIG as he THINKS he is, just like sain! Hell he's not even the TRUE Obstacle at the end of the day and goes out like the chump he is) But Sain is Kondo IF he had the Evil Eye! Best part is Sain ends up sacrificing being USEFUL because he has fallen back to just "using women till they lose their worth

Being Lisa's little Bitch, disgracing the Hero title that I can see why Toru's Copy existed, he became like a "backup" from the Heavens if Sain was to act the fool, just LOVED when Lisa got what she deserved and from someone who ironically MATCHED what you'd expect from a "hero tormented by the demon lord" hence her death being pathetic since she thought so LITTLE of her past victims assuming it would never bite her in the ass that when she tries her "devilish" tricks as usual, she didn't think how the plead for mercy and "i really love you" relied on keeping the engagement ring she threw at him like trash! even thinking SAIN'S ring would work because "how would Toru remember right! It just landed the KILLING BLOW to ANY good memories Toru had of her left in him after the "revelation" namely she never cared, and the girl he idolized in his mind was ALWAYS a lie, a schemer who ruined his life since day 1 SIMPLY for the EVULZ in a long convoluted plan that really didn't need him to begin with! She ALWAYS could have approached Sain WITHOUT using him, but she just HAD to involve him and his other childhood friends in her schemes! At least in this fashion he could STOP hurting Kaede by hesitating now that he fully knows she AND Sain were massive WASTE of his mental health and time! Hence LITERALLY giving her the Axe or Sword like the Demoness she is and leaving Sain to his DESERVED fate of being condemened by his INFERIORS! Hell the women he raped even CONFIRM he's LITERALLY small dicked and the ONLY WAY they would have ENJOYED that was being under mind control! But then Sain is the BUTT of the writer's OMEGA jokes (where in Sain's MASSIVE attempt to ACT Alpha, he instead is LESSER then a Beta! But then I've never cared much for MIND CONTROL romances in ANY Manga/Manhua! You know the ones, like that one with the MC who can ENSLAVE any girl into loving him if he has sex with them once, and the story goes out of it's WAY to try to say the two girls who hated him before but now love him after RAPING them "truly do love him!" Seriously so many Asian Writers really should stop touching subjects like this if they don't care to write it properly! Not sorry for being a PRUDE! I hate what I hate! It's funny some would get on me for HATING what I hate yet being OKAY with Raptilia and Kaede in this one because of the SLAVE thing! And frankly the story takes TIME to develop it! Neither Naofumi OR Toru! At least in the former which is still the best, they free her 100% from the slave mark at the mid point of the story, removing the "slave relationship" entirely! Still don't care for the MC being "a slaver" but at least there's SOME good REASONING to it! But the "Kind Slave Owner" rubs me the wrong way! "12 Years a Slave" at least illustrated WHY that trope needs to die off!

But yeah they both are the same vile wise in how they view people, as just "toys to be used and abused by them because THEY EXIST" and was happy how their ends came about for them!
