It wouldn't be a difficult issue to explain away but I'm a few chapters in and her size hasn't come up. High elves are supposed to be very smart so it wouldn't be a stretch to say they are smaller than humans.

Honestly, I know that what I'm about to say about the manga might be disgusting or even heartless, but since it's fantasy (not reality), I think I can openly express my feelings about it: I don't begrudge Lily being freed. I don't like how playful and cheerful she suddenly is after being enslaved. The fact that she can sleep through the night without fear after only two nights, and how carefree she now runs through the world, just really annoys me. The fact that she can eat whatever she wants, whenever she wants, and laugh as much as she wants just irritates me. It's a shame that it all happened so quickly and that she now takes these good things for granted as a freed slave.


Please remember that I would never think these things about real slavery or oppressed people. I'm really only talking about the fantasy manga here.
