Maybe there's a way to "freeze" mimi like to put her into a state of cryo-sleep, so that one day we can wake her up with the cure in our hand.

I'm huffing so much copium here 😔 if such method really exists, there must be a convincing reason why it cannot be applied widely to all youma 😔 maybe they'll say that if all youma ppl is cryo-sleeping, bad guys can just forcefully wake them up all at once to cause a youma-outbreak or something, so only a very few chosen youma can be frozen. Maybe that method is still in the trial phase with so much risks or something.

Looking at mangaupdates the series is published in a shounen magazine and also taking into account previous chapter will anyone be surprised if they pull some bullshit out of their asses to save her? Especially with the bad guys saying how it's impossible to stop / revert youmafication?

Really, I'm actually gonna be surprised if she dies since we're getting some pretty obvious life flags typical from shounen

Tbh I do wish to see more of Mimi for...obvious reasons and hopefully some actual atonement I guess.
