It's funny that I'm only realizing this now, but while the rest of the characters were busy trying to get rid of the kaiju insects, Suzuki and Kamijo were having sex and ended up getting impregnated by the larvae of those giant flies, which basically raped them. The final scene is curious and somewhat horrible. Literally, Mirei and Mami arrive at the place where they were supposed to meet Suzuki and Kamijo, only to find that the campfire is out and no one is there. Out of nowhere, Suzuki appears completely naked with a pregnant woman's stomach and a terrifying smile, her head tilted as she staggers toward them.
It's a little strange that neither Mami nor Mirei noticed anything unusual when they arrived at the site and found the campfire extinguished, no one in the area, and, most likely, a pile of clothes scattered on the ground as if someone had undressed there. Furthermore, it's clear that the giant flies had a lot of fun with Suzuki, leaving her literally pregnant with their larvae, which is ironic considering that Kamijo's seed could have taken that place. But the most curious thing is that Suzuki emerges from the middle of the forest, since she and Kamijo were fertilized with larvae in that place. The only thing I can think of is that, at the end of the fertilization, both Suzuki and Kamijo were knocked unconscious by the shock of the moment and woke up already fertilized. Most likely, Suzuki woke up with her body already desecrated and fertilized and, due to the shock, began to move aimlessly (perhaps looking for help, since when she was being raped she begged for Oribe to come and save her). She may be in shock and, to some extent, insane due to the horrible experience and the pain she must be feeling, and judging by her expression when she came out of the forest, this is most likely the case.
