Found this while looking for another mentioned novel from another thread. Just so happened to be a nice short read.

...I sleepily misread the title as Shin Shirayuki-hime Densetsu Panzer and was imagining Snow White re-imagined with German tanks.

I'm perfectly happy with ye olde teeny-bopper-ish shoujo fantasy stuff, mind—but now I want shoujo fairy tales with tanks in them, and I know that itch will never be satisfied.

_{Heck I can only think of one shoujo manga off of the top of my head that I'm certain had a tank in it anywhere.}
