It just feels that way because of the slow releases by the scanslators. We're something like ten or so chapters behind in the raws.

Near as I can figure, the point is that they're trying to get Kousuke to seed their genepool, both literally and figuratively. I think their world was stagnating, primarily because it has zero interaction with other worlds, so they needed someone from the outside. And not just that, the outsider had to be someone who ascends to godhood. This is to ensure that not only does he effectively and thoroughly seed the mortal realm of this world, but the heavenly realm as well.

And he's not only enriching the genepool, he's also giving the entire world a paradigm shift with his ideas about how things should be done. He's shaking up the status quo with not only his mere presence, but his actions as well.

this is close to the truth more or less part of asura's plan is to make kousuke carry his blood into this new world with no just his information but with more of its up to them attitude the problem was that the girls needed to evolve to be viable partners for him, but the main issue was that he's always with them so he had to shift the progress only looks slow because of multiple story points are converging at the same time so it looks very slow lol

It's a given all of his Harem gets Baby'd up eventually, it's just a question of the order the author wants them to get knocked up for possible Plot reasons..
The little Scene we had now may or may not be the first.
It would make sense, so it wouldn't surprise me. Show the other harem members it can be done, triggering the next Evolution.
It just depends on how the author wants to tell the Story, really. And which Evolutions are envisioned for the various Harem members. And how fast their storylines towards that Evolution progresses.
We already have the Vampire Queen Progenitor. The Succubus is..not quite there yet.. The other girls still have a ways to go, it seems..
