That is his fellow... uhh "sissy/sub/slave, fellow locked up weenier buddy" from ninja college. Pretty sure they were supposed to kill each other, but they teamed up and killed their ninja dommy mommy master... and now they are lady serial killers. Something like that.

The one who lived, I guess, became the new dom and the one who just died stayed sub and has been more of a background character. He helped kill those chicks in that boardwalk fight scene.

Could be wrong though... this story is crazy lol.

Did Taira really order Sasama's death? IIRC Taira reported to Sasama, though since Taira's turned out to be Ranran's pet, I guess that's possible. Ranran seems to be on bad terms with all the kunoichi.

Yeah, he's the one that brought Chiyome (the old lady) to the roof and jumped off after Ten showed up to kill her. So far unnamed, but he is one of the Neo-Seven since he's her grandchild.

Yea. Thats the point. They(some) are the elites that get the extra emotional abuses and difficulty to grad (fighting the overseeing kunoichi with no resources) so they become special units.

Igarashi got conditioned into women hating so he becomes Anti-Kunoichi specialist.
