Wew lad, this was the Snickers Bar of chapters: it satisfied. That "hero" got what was coming to him. He was such a fun slimeball that I loved to hate. Charismatic, intelligent, powerful, and super evil. Watching him on his back foot these last couple of chapters was wonderful. Seeing him attack innocent people, to heal himself and force Irushia to drain his MP healing them, seemed like a brilliant strategy. But it blew up in his face, when Irushia's selfless behavior was enough to level up his Savior Spirit and Tiny Hero to max. They combined into regular Hero title. And the icing was that he basically stole the Hero title from the human Irushia. Superb.
We also saw Irushia reach level 60. I don't remember if is the level cap to get a new evolution. If it's not, he's probably close. If he can safely drop best catgirl in a safe beastman friendly city, he could go grind for levels, and then evolve. With his new Hero title, there is a good chance he'll get an evolution option that will take him off the evil dragon path. He kind of already is, with his current Ouroboros state; which seems more dual natured. A combination of good and evil. I think there is hope of getting rid of his curse scales passive ability soon. If I'm correct, he could then reunite with catgirl. Fingers crossed.
I love how smart even some of the side characters are. Adolf found some unknown way to counter the slave brand. I liked that he delivered the killing blow, so Irushia wouldn't have to kill another human. Although, given how evil he was, he'd probably be fine doing so.
Rabbit Ball unexpectantly telling Adolph and catgirl Irushia's name was a pretty cool moment. I don't want to see any of the three separated. Also hoping for a future reunion with the female poison lizard back in starter jungle, and the human girl he first met there too. The series is moving in a real good direction and I've loving.
