Yeah, I was thinking the same. He's growing some more self-awareness about his own coping methods. And also some more self-confidence, since he knows that Yaetatsu would have a breakdown if he were forced to kick Toraji out himself. Now if only he'd used that mouth to actually explain all that to Yaetatsu... (Not that we're complaining what he used it for instead :3)
