Chapter 67 is out and free to read. Moka and Ueno, going on a date but it looks like something is troubling their minds. Read the chapter and the summary to understand why.
The chapter starts off with Ueno's and Moka's tennis buddies asking them a very important question: did they fuck yet?
Obviously, the two became embarrassed, with Moka saying that it's not their business to know and that they only dated for a week. The tennis buddies mentioned that if that they do fuck, let them know as soon as possible, lol.

Interesting, I still don't think either of them will relapse, if anything this is where Chisaki will come in and help Ueno move on after they have a proper conversation, that's when Ueno and Moka will get to talking properly.

As long as Ueno doesn't feel empty instead of relieved once the bully trio verbally tells him that they will leave him alone/he's not their slave anymore, that would be great. I can imagine Ueno feeling somewhat nostalgic about the perverted moments he had with the bully trio if his intimacy problems with Moka continues.
So I do wonder how long this plot point will play out. On one hand, both overcame one of their biggest tests by pushing away those who were the issue of their programming. On the other hand, unlike moka who seemed to have spent years away from Riku before developing an interest in Ueno, Ueno just recently put a stop, or trying too, on the bully trios harassment. I guess this really is the last leg of this journey. Looks like we might explore their sex life soon enough which I imagine would be the last hurdle. Can both satisfy the other?

Most likely not at this rate if Ueno and Moka don't come clean with each other before that happens. Like MrPP118 mentioned above, if Chisaki gives up on keeping Ueno her slave for life, it would be nice for her to give Ueno the final push for him to tell Moka everything.
I have no doubt Moka would accept him once he does, what makes me wonder is if she knows he gets off on bullying and he has trouble getting erect when they do attempt the California monster mash, would she have to resort to bullying him to just get him in the mood? Obviously it would be as an actual partner rather than as someone abusive, but would she be able too? Would be able to get in the mood without it? Hell knowing that she was a bottom with her relationship with Riku could Ueno be able to get her in the mood? This is defo a case where someone is gonna have to take initiative otherwise their sex life is gonna be a bust and I am curious on that being explored. Maybe that's what most of the latter half will be about once he does come clean.
As far as Chisaki, it has been more or less confirmed she isn't a bad person at heart, and she is now friends with Moka. Granted she doesn't seem to really reflect on what she has done with Ueno the same way Tsubomi has. But then again she never had the malicious thoughts the way Ueno assumed she did. We never really had a moment when ueno was ever interested that way, and they're not that close, at least for me as a reader. It's not that they don't feel at least something for each other but i don't feel like neither they can act upon it because of their repressed feelings nor can they really be interested in the other because at least ueno didn't feel that way.
It's that wierd clash where he is telling himself that that's what he should want because what he did before is so messed up he has to now punish himself into being normal. The sexual tension is not the problem the problem is that ueno thinks he's far too off that he doesn't deserve to do it normally (or something like that)

He was thinking about the kiss he had with Moka and how he didn't react at all. Kanako called him out and the two went to a different area on campus.
Kanako asked Ueno if he is dating Moka now, which Ueno confirms. Ueno also tells Kanako that he won't get close to her anymore. Kanako tempts Ueno by showing off her body which Ueno tries to look away, saying that he doesn't need Kanako to get aroused. When Kanako tries to tempt Ueno further, Ueno tells Kanako that she has been forcing herself to do naughty things with Ueno the entire time which made Ueno a weak person because of it, which surprised her.

Don't know how people still continue to believe that Ueno and Moka would end up together after all. From the very beginning this relationship was build... not exactly upon a lie... but rather, let's call it "a misunderstanding of each other" - basically Ueno hates his degenerate self and tries to compensate for it by being "normal", which is why he's so interested in Moka - since for him she embodies this "normalcy"; with somewhat similar case on Moka's part (as she only knows Ueno as a very "normal" guy). But neither of them seem to be actually interested in each other in a romantic way - it's more of attraction to the idea of aforementioned normalcy. Like I mentioned before, it sounds kind of similar to the Prison School's main couple Kiyoshi+Chiyo; and while I'm not saying that it'll all end with rejected Chiaki suddenly forcing Ueno to urinate/cum all over shocked Moka, the happy ending for them doesn't sound probable.

I am still waiting for the moment when the bully trio will realize the extent of their sexual activities with Ueno. Nobody in the group truly knows what member is doing what with Ueno, besides Kanako being aware that what Chisaki is doing with Ueno is not just simple bullying.

If anything Moka will fall for Ueno further after understanding how damaged he is, but he needs to communicate with her, they've got some bumps on the road to work through.
Yes you mentioned Prison School before and I feel it's an unneeded/odd point, I don't think this series will have a bad ending, especially after the author's words and in any case bringing up other stories from different authors and different tones is always silly.
Ueno and Moka will have their happy ending, this series isn't that complicated, they just have some issues to work through, it's far more likely that the three bully girls go their separate ways, infact Tsubomi is half-way there already, she's already making new friends and she might even get upset if she finds out about this because she wants Ueno to be happy.

Hopefully, that moment will encourage the two to start being honest with each other so they can truly break their programming.
It's gonna happen, I think it's just a case of when, I also think in the end Chiaki will be the one to help Moka and Ueno, there might even be bait where Moka's ex comes back into the picture (unlikely though since I think his whole deal was being stuck in the past)
As for Kanako I think she is getting closure soon whether or not it's positive is up in the air, she does actually consider Moka a friend so she's probably gonna be guilty next chapter, I believe she needs to accept that Chiaki doesn't love her romantically and she also needs to let go of Ueno properly.
I mean, in the latest chapter (translated one) they've literally realized that they have no actual attraction to each other, with this "Huh?.."-kiss. Is this something you can even "work through"?..
