I'm torn here. There's huge potential for comedy with him still physically being a girl, while looking like a guy. But, this feels like one of those branching hentai video games, where you accidently went down the wrong path. Can I reload my save and return back to the yuri route please? We could be seeing naked chicks right now. We could be seeing Junpei blushing and trying not to look, but still sneaking peeks. Women noticing him looking. So much potential!

I really don't like this path he's on. It would be better if we had the main canon path as pure yuri. And this arc of him going into the men's bath, as a bonus "what if?" alternate storyline. Also, it's obvious his disguise is going to come undone right in front of all those guys.

It's a garbage tier fetish. I would add "ugly bastard" to that as well. Along with guro. There's a lot of vomit tier repulsive shit out there. And don't forget scat. A genre that shouldn't even exist. While young big titty girls and ugly old men is garbage, there are far, far worse things out there.

To be fair the old guy wasn't like, doing anything pervy here, he was literally just moving around normally in a crowded space. He was naturally confused when his hand encountered something soft, yet invisible.

Spoken like someone who doesn't understand idol culture at all and falls back on the opinions of conservative white racists who need little reason to judge other nations. I'll totally concede that idol culture has been problematic for much of the last four decades. But the image you likely have of it does not fit the image of today and parroting decades old stereotypes people have of Japan is just gross.

Much of idol culture these days isn't around centered around hiring and exploiting minors. That was always nasty business. More and more these days it's about vtubers and behind their anime girl personae, most of them are 20-30+ and with a great deal of creative control. Not that some seriously shady shit doesn't still happen with some agencies or the like, but the same is very much true of western sports culture. (especially in exploiting black minors, but nobody cares because they're POC and male I guess :/ )

Actually I'd even go as far as to say idol culture has more in common with sports culture + sports fandoms more generally, with all the good and bad that implies.

you know I like this manga way better when Junpei is getting in embarrassing situations while surrounded by gals instead of... this.

Like at least when Junpei is desperately trying to fit in with a group of gyaru it's kind of cute, this is just not that fun.

Yeah this feels awkward and forced, currently a Very attractive woman and put into bath with a bunch of guys.
