Depuis quelques temps, régulièrement, au lieu d’utiliser des légumes chiants genre carotte, je fais un mix d’oignons et d’un fruit léger genre de la pomme. Non seulement c’est super bon, mais du coup je mange nettement plus équilibré que quand je devais me motiver à cuisiner des légumes en hiver (et on pourra revenir à plus de vrais légumes quand ce sera de nouveau la saison pour les légumes qui n’ont pas besoin d’être épluchés, genre courgettes ^^).
