This is one of the reasons I tend to read a ton of different mangas, when they focus on side characters and deliver something that hits home without it even being tied to the main plot... it just feels like I stumbled across great story telling. This series has had that is spades but I appreciate it every time, thanks for the TLs.

Yeah, this one goes to pretty great lengths to show the knock on effects of the ostensible protagonist using his healing magic to help people who would otherwise be left to suffer and building the kindest possible working environment for them that still includes the word "slavery".
