She will, after they did something brutal to remove the "worms" in her belly. I believe she is light novel original, or at least manga original, because from the translation I read they got over this arc pretty quick, and didn't mention any girl like her. Correct me if I'm wrong though, cause I only read this part in the web novel, to know what is going to happen lol. Maybe she did get introduced early, just not appear in this arc.

This also means she is separated from everyone else, and remains seperated in the end, with the mc hoping to reunite some day. Edit- the girl on the beach is Mia who is no longer bound by the concept of time after ascending
