Thinking the exact same thing lol, fraternal twins are genetically no different than normal siblings, they just happen to be born on the same day. Only identical siblings have such striking similarities

Okay this kind reminds me of another manga that stars fraternal twin sisters minus the yandere factor (& the MILF factor for now). Might be me but the MC comes off a little cocky than the typical meek/low self esteem MC we normally see. Anyways this is trash that I'm going to follow & hopefully it won't be a dumpster fire (not like I expect this to be a masterpiece but it will make it to the front page of Mangadex without a doubt).
